Wireless Charger
thingiverse
Wireless charger case designed for Spigen charger. Check below for specifications. This project was a challenge due to limited experience with 3D design, but I managed to create it using AutoCAD 2018. The model is scaled up by a factor of 2.54 to convert milliliters to inches, as this software exports STL files in metric units instead of imperial units. To print the Android cover, invert the model so that the first layer bridges correctly. Use a first layer height of 0.3 mm for optimal results. When assembling the case, re-use existing screws and plug in any USB cable. Trim the cable to fit if necessary. The clear plastic lens is a Command Hook by 3M, trimmed to fit inside the slot. A small standoff supports the LED board below, held in place with reused screws.
