If your remote looks like the picture (no manufacturer or model was indicated on the unit. It was just described as "small" remote control that fits in the fan holder near the ceiling, This model will make the remote steadier when pressing the buttons. It was designed with a snug fit as I would not be removing it from the holder. You may need to adjust the height of the side tabs to make it easier to remove. I had already printed the stl without mounting holes since I would be using double sided tape to mount it. I then modified the stl to have mounting holes and that is what is attached to this posting. You can print as shown. There will be minor supports needed on the side tabs but these should be easy to remove.
