This is my design for a car mobile phone holder + wireless charger for Samsung Galaxy s6. It bears striking similarities to the tabletop version I uploaded previously on Thingiverse, as seen at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1323471. This particular iteration, however, is specifically designed with car use in mind. In crafting this design, I opted to create two distinct versions of the holding clips. Initially, I employed blue clips that functioned with an office rubber band as a spring. Unfortunately, upon installation and exposure to direct sunlight, the clips became bent, prompting me to advise against such exposure. In response, I created white clips featuring an integral spring within the clip itself. A notable improvement in this second iteration lies in the mechanism for opening the clips, which now involves pushing the mobile phone backwards instead of pressing the clips directly. For wireless charging, I utilized a device sourced from Aliexpress at http://www.aliexpress.com/item/For-SAMSUNG-GALAXY-S6-S6-Edge-LG-Nexus-4-G3-G4-HTC-8X-NOKIA-Lumia-1520/32468261502.html. While this specific charger boasts a 70mm diameter and 10mm thickness, numerous similar alternatives are available on the market.
