This is a custom ABS wire to pin holder that stands taller than necessary due to warping issues and varying pin requirements, but you can stop the print at the desired height. To use this design, simply ensure no metal components are used in the holder, strip the wires, thread them through the hole, wrap the excess under the base, and secure with glue on the outer side of the base. The distance between pins is 3mm, while the pin hole diameter is 2.3mm.
