Wire Staple for Romex 8/2
thingiverse
I'm installing a garage heater and need some easy-to-install-and-remove wire staples for 8/2 Romex electrical wire, like Southwire's 8/2 8AWG with ground (available at https://www.homedepot.com/p/Southwire-125-ft-8-2-Stranded-Romex-SIMpull-CU-NM-B-W-G-Wire-28893602/202316591). For screws, I recommend using #8 x 1/2 inch from The Home Depot (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-8-x-1-2-in-Phillips-Pan-Head-Stainless-Steel-Sheet-Metal-Screw-50-Pack-802912/204275048). When printing the wire staples, I use PLA+ at 0.2 layer height and 50% infill; however, ABS or PETG may be a better choice for higher temperature applications. Please check your local codes before using these wire staples. For more information on securing electrical cables, visit https://www.thespruce.com/securing-electrical-cables-1152891.
