Somehow he gave in to universal hysteria and bought AWG30 wiring for himself. The tiny, single-core wires are sufficient for Arduino-based projects and LEDs. I began looking at the model, discovering that the inner contour of the removable cheek was modeled with no gap. Therefore, it didn't fit... I re-drew the part, added a 0.2 mm gap and a hole for fixing the wire. Now everything works with minimal clearance and no need to dance with a file.
