Wire Spool Dispenser Rack Assembly

I picked up some spools of wiring from Amazon for my electronic projects and decided to whip up a quick design to hold them. My OCD kicked in and I ended up with more than I had intended, but I'm thrilled with the result. Here's the print list: Perfect Fit: Wire-Spool-Holder_v2.stl Wire-Spool-HolderRH v3.stl Wire-Spool-Plate-REAR.stl x 1 WireSpoolSpacer_v2.stl x 12 These spacers convert 25mm spools to 19mm and make rotation easier (and look nice - my OCD!). I used 100% infill as it didn't significantly impact print time or material. I've also included an 18 Gauge and a 26 Gauge version of the front plate, or you can use the BLANK version to add your own label. Additional part: 19mm Chrome Tube - This is super useful in many projects and is affordable from Tool Station. I bought a pack of 5 x 1200mm tubes and cut them to 150mm long. https://www.toolstation.com/wardrobe-rail/p89971 The basic version can be printed without spacers, but it won't be as snug a fit. The spacers are designed for a press fit, so you don't need supports. Printing: I hate removing supports, so I design my prints to be support-free wherever possible. Everything is a press fit apart from the front and back plates, which I superglued into place. The spacers were printed with 100% infill at 0.2mm resolution, while the rest of the print was done with 20% infill at 0.2mm resolution. Optional: Print the front plate at 0.1mm resolution for a higher-quality finish. That's it! I hope this is helpful to someone. Likes and comments keep me motivated to share my designs.
