WIRE SPLICER JIG
thingiverse
The wire splicer jig is an effortless project to build, providing swift and easy wire joining. Obtain the STL file, which has been repaired in Netfab; print it at 60mm/sec using PLA. Alligator clips, procured from Radio Shack, securely attach wires as demonstrated in the accompanying images. To ensure stability on the workbench, a lead weight was hot-melted inside. Previously, a vise with a washer was employed, but aligning the wire proved challenging. When working with this jig, remember to keep the soldering iron away from the plastic.
