Wire Rope Isolator Vibration Dampener v2
thingiverse
Reduce the slicer setting to 50%. The new version is smaller overall, with a reduction from six wire ropes to five. Assembled using ten-millimeter M3 bolts and nyloc nuts, with two-millimeter wire rope cut to size using a Dremel equipped with a fiberglass-reinforced cutoff wheel. It's wise to wear protective eyewear when working with this tool. I selected approximately seventy-five millimeters in length for the wire rope; however, this decision wasn't entirely informed. Feel free to experiment and determine the optimal length. Mounting holes accommodate one-quarter-inch UNC bolts, which are a standard size for tripods. To assemble the new version, you'll need to print two of the plates and twelve caps.
