Wire Rack Paper Towel Holder

Human beings have created simple devices to hold paper towels in place on wire racks. Examples include holders from companies such as InterMetro. UPDATE January 1, 2016: I designed separate STL files for the left and right sides of this holder so people can print it with smaller printers.
