Introducing another filament spool holder design! Attach your spool to the underside of a nearby wire rack shelf, freeing up space for other items. This design works for most types of shelving and is set for a 90-degree hanging angle on a 14" wide shelf. Adjust angles if needed in .step files. Print these parts for assembly: 2x Bearing Inserts (or use alternative spool inserts) 2x Part #1 (the crossbrace) 4x Part #2 (the hooks) Required hardware includes 2x 608 bearings, 22x 5/16" or 8mm nuts, and 4x 10" or 250mm of 5/16" or 8mm threaded rod. Long rods' length will vary based on shelf width. Assemble by attaching hooks first, followed by rods through the crossbrace for adjustments. Use lock washers or non-permanent loctite for tightening. The spool axle lies within the crossbrace for easy spool changes. Enjoy your new holder!
