I tightened the bracket to bring the rod closer to the shelf, resulting in a more efficient use of space. I also added deeper notches to enable the wire rack to set securely into place, relying less on zip ties and more on the structural integrity of the 3D printed part. Upon inspection, it became apparent that most shelves in our wire rack had a slight angle to the vertical portion where clips attached. This caused brackets to tilt outward when installed. To correct this issue, I added a 1-degree slope to the mounting point's face, effectively compensating for any deviations from perfect vertical alignment. This modification not only corrected the initial problem but also had an added benefit: it tilted hangers slightly inward toward the rod, increasing overall strength and allowing them to flex back to their original position when loaded with clothes.
