A Handle for a Wire Loop. As part of a modification to a VW T5 rear bench seat, I required a practical method to pull a wire loop. The task demands considerable force, making it unpleasant to attempt with bare fingers alone. This design consists of a tube enclosed within a toroid, where the wire is inserted through the hole and travels around the tube before exiting from the same opening. One of its attractive features lies in its uniqueness, which can only be effectively manufactured using a 3D printer. The inner toroid is designed to accommodate a nominal 1.5mm wire and is intentionally offset to provide additional material where it is needed most. Printing the design upright will result in maximum strength, while printing it on its side will yield a quicker but slightly weaker outcome.
