"Wire" keycap puller for mechanical keyboards
thingiverse
This is a keycap puller designed for a variety of keyboards (mainly mechanical or topre). Use it to remove keycaps in order to swap them or clean your keyboard. A guide to assembling the keycap puller is available here: https://imgur.com/a/M9XAp. You will need at least 2 large paperclips and some glue. With regards to 3D printing the file, there are three important things to consider. First, the part includes four 1.25mm diameter holes that your printer should be able to bridge over without support. Second, if you print it upward-facing (as shown in the .stl), you may need support for the front incline of the part. Lastly, there is no bevel or chamfer on this design, so it may feel slightly sharp in your hands. Please exercise caution and common sense when using this keycap puller. Improper use could result in damage to your keyboard, so refer to a use guide that matches your keyboard before proceeding. As this is my first submission on thingiverse, please let me know if there's anything I can do to improve it.
