I require a straightforward method to precisely trim 600 thin wires. Thread some hat elastic through the holes and secure it with a knot on the side featuring five openings. Adhesive-backed tape will keep everything in place. Pull wire from the spool under the elastic thread. Drag out the desired length, then use cutters positioned at the bottom of the opening in the middle part. The wire end remains ready to be grabbed and pulled out again.
