I required a straightforward solution, therefore I verified that the part was properly seated within the 20x20 V-groove. The rest of the design remained largely unchanged. Apparently, I made an error when exporting the file, as it appears to be scaled incorrectly. A scale factor of 3.937 is likely the culprit.
