The extrusion process involves using wire material for deposition at any location, solving inaccessible issues. Comprising six key components, this system includes a frame assembly for long structure machining, drive systems within leadscrews, a Z block with crane block lateral motion, tool holder for exchanging tools and holding the wire spool, a motorized crane block with a robotic arm and upper arm axis, and a work platform for clamping symmetric or asymmetric job pieces. The robotic arm, operated by six servomotors, performs actions at any position, while the flexible pipe within it carries the material wire to the extruder assembly for gathering, melting, and extrusion. Additionally, the stewart-platform work platform allows programmable clamping and bending at limited angles for complex overhang part production.
