Wire Cover for 12V 30A 360W Regulated Power Supply

This 215x115x50mm wire cover is designed for a 12V power supply. It features half-cutouts at the top for easy screwing/unscrewing of terminals without removing the cover, ensuring safety with the power off. Created due to exposed 110V lead/neutral/ground terminals on a distribution block, this cover comes with a warning not to tamper with it while the power is on; any resulting damage or harm is not the maker's responsibility. The design includes access holes for wires and a viewing hole with grill bars that match the power supply case. Minimal fill may be needed, but support material should be turned on for access holes. PLA at 225°C with a stainless steel hotend (0.6mm) is recommended due to mostly perimeter prints. The design was slightly adjusted to fit inside the power supply walls and accommodate multiple wires in the enlarged holes, while addressing lifting issues at top corners by adding extra material.
