Wire cover and strain reliever
thingiverse
I use a simple wire strain reliever instead of heat shrink. The attached sketchup file is available for modification. To assemble, print two units and glue them together around the wire using CA glue. This design is incredibly easy to print, with a super simple structure. I may update it in the future to make it snap together, but feel free to remix it or enhance its appearance. When working with electronics, always follow necessary safety precautions. When bundling multiple wires, ensure they are insulated from one another. The strain reliever has an internal diameter of 2.2 mm (4.4 mm when both units are printed and joined), but most users will likely need to make adjustments for their specific needs.
