Wire Clip
thingiverse
This design is engineered to seamlessly integrate into 20 mm X 20 mm aluminum extrusions and securely hold wires in place. To enhance stability, you can increase its length, allowing it to cover more of the wires as well. The model showcased here represents the shortest version that I would recommend using; however, it becomes significantly more stable at approximately four times this length. EDIT: Additional options for longer lengths have been added. Each file name is accompanied by a numerical suffix indicating the precise length. This numerical value represents a three-place decimal without a decimal point, as in 625, which corresponds to .625", or 3250, equivalent to 3.250". The intention behind this notation system is to provide clarity and ease of understanding. Please note that the shortest version showcased initially is the most unstable of its kind. When working with ribbon cable, it's recommended to roll it up in a way that applies a gentle outward pressure while maintaining an open center for additional wires.
