Wire brad and extended hinge for deck box with gears

A printable wire brad, and extended top hinge for the deck box with gears. In case you don't have iron wire brads lying around you can now print them. I printed these by slicing them in Ultimaker Cura with Brim and no support 50% infill. All STL's have been printed out and tested for use with the standard deck box with gears by Intentional3D. The wire brad can have one slightly thicker knob at the end which you might need to cut off, preferable at an angle, before use. I also highly recommend you run the printed wire brad through the hinges a few times before use in actual assembly to make sure they fit. Both the wire brad and extended hinge were made using blender. The wire brad being a simple cylinder with added sizes and the extended hinge being a simple extrude from the original design. I am completely new at using blender and 3D printing so please forgive any small imperfections. future plans: ~~- change the lower profile gear cover pin to become even more low profile to minimize it's protrusion inside, and possibly outside the deckbox.~~ This Didn't work out. A lower profile than originally given is possible but significantly reduces the structural integrity of the gear cover hinges(the fall apart really easy) - change the base of the box base so that it is slightly smaller since there is space left over once you insert rack and bottom lift. This should create some savings in printing time and material. *Update* 08-01-2022 added horizontal widened and vertically shortened side panel hinge piece. This will cover the gaps in the original design on the sides better but will make it slightly harder to assemble the deckbox. *Update* 30-01-2021 updated status of lowering the profile of the gear cover pin. It did work but the entire box becomes fragile because of it.
