Wire Blocker for Monster Headphone Holder

Wire Blocker for Monster Headphone Holder

This tiny pin is inserted into the Monster Headphone Holder after your wires have been secured within it. My wire kept popping out so I crafted this solution to keep it firmly in place. The design should fit perfectly for anyone who has used the original version at 100% scale. If you increase the size to say 105%, simply adjust this pin accordingly and it should function smoothly. You may need to lightly sand the corners for a snug fit. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Mk2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 20% Notes: This is a straightforward print. If you prefer, you can lower the infill percentage, but I wouldn't bother increasing it. I printed in ABS, but PLA works well too and other materials might be suitable. Design Process: If you're curious about creating an exact match like this, I used Tinkercad to modify the original design into a cutout pattern. Then, I applied that pattern to a block and trimmed away any excess material not needed – and voila, an exact replica was created.
