Wire Bending Jig

You can shape wires into various forms using this simple jig. The size of the pegs or machine screws used in the holes depends on how much you enlarge or shrink the model. The one shown in the photos is 101mm long, 24mm wide, and 20mm high, with peg holes that are exactly 5.75mm in diameter. This design, although a first attempt, has proven itself to be quite effective for bending wire into fishing tackle shapes.
