MODELLING TIME March 5-April 28, 2018 (54 days elapsed) MODELLING REASONS Those who don't have a super-rare Maglev Tigron Media Kit are envious of the few that do, and the Tigron Drone from the 2017 Drone Champions League is another point of interest for makers. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS [Design by Shaun Mooney & Dan Cook](https://www.artstation.com/artwork/4x8Yk) [Original model by Dan Cook](http://www.dancookart.com/) [Segmented version by Mecfront](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2975872) Yes, it took me almost two months to make this impressive model from scratch. I used only the Tigron Livery Configurator for reference. (The reference images in the .blend file are low-resolution because I had to zoom out as far as possible to minimize the parallax effect.) There are a few discrepancies in my model, but they're barely noticeable unless one looks closely, and shouldn't be too distracting. At least it looks similar enough. I hope. As you can see from the images, I modelled the details from the bump map into the mesh, just to give it that extra bit of authenticity. Hopefully I didn't go overboard on it. Print this for display, remix it into a drone body, etc...enjoy! _EDIT 2019-05-04: I somehow overlooked the rear canopy windows for more than a year. Also, new images!_
