[WIP] X-Carriage

[WIP] X-Carriage

thingiverse

An X-Axis carriage for a RepRap project aims to win the Gada Intermediate Prize. The carriage attaches to four bearing plates, each containing three bearings, allowing smooth movement along the X-axis. This is a work in progress, as the bearing plates and other axis components are yet to be constructed. As the creator lacks a 3D printer, the project's successful printing remains uncertain. The carriage features M4 diameter holes for extruder mounting. Assembly instructions involve printing all parts, prep-fitting them, gluing bearings onto plates with an appropriate adhesive, attaching the carriage to plates, and allowing the glue to dry before use.
