ImplicitCAD is still under development, and its output .stl/.obj files may not be compatible with slic3r. Additionally, it seems that the provided pen.stl model may have issues with lead grabbing after remeshing using 'Surface reconstruction poison' in meshlab with octtree depth 10. Slic3r might display some unusual behavior at the bottom of the print, so monitor the start of the printing process to ensure it doesn't come off. Due to software delays, a work-in-progress version has been published on GitHub, and the thingiview may be slow for this model.
