This is my maiden attempt at constructing buildings using modular components. I opted for this project to apply the skills I acquired through an online course called “Asset Workflows for Modular Level Design” from Digital Tutors (www.digitaltutors.com/tutorial/857-Asset-Workflows-for-Modular-Level-Design). My goal was to create something that could be utilized in video games, so I endeavored to make them low-poly enough to be suitable for PC games. Something akin to the World of Warcraft or Flyff style would be ideal. WORKFLOW Research - References (Pinterest, Google images, ArtStation) Texture atlas planning (Photoshop) Textures creation (Photoshop) 3D models creation (3DS Max) Buildings creation (3DS Max) Test in game engine (Unity 3D) I am eager to hear your suggestions and critiques.
