[WIP] Meshlicious Koolance QD3 Passthrough

This is a work in progress. Currently the bottom middle screw hole is slightly too low to lineup correctly. Also, the bottom holes are a touch too small for the heat set inserts. This is my first design. Uploading it as a request. I fudged the fit using a soldering iron. This is designed to be a replacement panel for the rear of the SSUPD Meshlicious where the PCI slots are. This panel allows you to use Koolance QD3 panel couplers. The panel couplers have M18x1 threads which is the same used here. I loosened the tolerances by -0.1mm on the threading to make it fit for me. Here's a link to the QD3s used https://bit.ly/3mtO9va I imagine the female variant should work as well.
