[WIP] Longer Orange 10 - 120mm Fan Conversion

<p>Not Satisfied with another adapter found on Thingiverse, I decided to make my own.</p> <p>!!! Design and instruction are still a work in progress. At this point I printed one set of v0 and it is waiting for time to be tested !!!</p> <p>Goal:</p> <ul> <li>Replace the ultra noisy 60mm OEM Longer Orange-10 Fan.</li> <li>Use a standard 120mm CPU fan laying around my spare parts.</li> <li>Keep the original metallic bottom plate.</li> <li>Minimize or avoid any additional screw / reuse screw from OEM bottom.</li> <li>Make it customizable with optional side-panels.<h3>Post-Printing</h3> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Assembly</strong></p> <p><div><p>The Funnel-Top is used to maintain the cable and to be installed in place of the original fan.<br/> The Bottom-adapter goes on the bottom of the printer and is fixed to the metallic plate using the 4x M3 L8 screws taken from the original rubber feet fixation.</p> <p><strong>WARNING</strong></p> <p><div><p>Replacing a small, noisy, and high flow fan by a bigger fan allow to have more choice of quite fan but every 120mm CPU fan will not be suitable. Take care to choose a fan that have enough air flow to match the OEM one (wich is a noname, no-spec, chineese one...)</p> Be careful to the working temperature of your printer BEFORE and AFTER the conversion.</div></p></div></p>
