Test of a brand new project asset. The piece is directly inspired by the innovative concept devised by Dune Lee on ArtStation (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/n00YX).\nI am issuing a challenging assignment to my students, requiring them to create a precise 3D model of an entire building exterior along with several authentic props. To provide them with a clear reference point, I have created this initial model.\nThe next phase involves meticulously unwrapping each component for UV mapping and carefully applying realistic textures (which will also serve as a foundation for their subsequent assignments).
