(WIP) Bambulab nozzle wiper for Ender 3

This is a work-in-progress prototype for a nozzle wiper bracket to allow Ender 3 printers to use Bambulab nozzle wipers or replacements for them (like one designed by yours truly). I may do a complete redesign of it later (or someone may do it for me!).
