Winter Wondertown

I came up with this wintery scene on a mountain with a train, buildings and trees, along with plenty of other elements. The idea started from my friend Stuwaha, who provided me with a sketch (plus lots of valuable feedback during the creation process) and I built upon that. It has many traditional elements for such scenes, but I also wanted to steer away from most Christmas themes (the star is a compromise), making this more just a winter scene than a Christmas town, fitting for everyone! I printed mine using Taulman T-Glase that had a nice transparent effect, and finished it by spraying very little matte white paint for a slight snow effect. Inside, I simply fitted some "fairy lights" that are cheaply sold almost everywhere, there's one building that requires some trickery to wire, but all buildings have a channel for wires underneath.
