Winter Soldier Knife

This custom-made prop knife belongs to the Winter Soldier, a character from popular comics. Its construction involves three distinct parts, where two identical halves of the blade are printed and then glued together perfectly. To ensure a secure fit within its specially designed handle, I scaled up the blade by approximately 3% to achieve an ideal snugness. The printing process was executed using the Wanhao i3 v2 3D printer.
