You'll need to reuse the Z-Stop switch with a Winsinn Dual Gear extruder on your Ender 3 Pro Filament run-out sensor. This project combines elements from The_Goss's remix of Thing #3352422 and Breadguy's design, Thing #4153565. You'll require two small pieces of PTFE tube for this build, but the stock screws can be reused without any issues.
