Wingspan Organizer
thingiverse
This is an organizer designed specifically for the board game Wingspan, where sleeved cards (using 60 micron Sleeve Kings in my case) find their perfect fit. Two primary motivations drove me to create this organizer: Firstly, I wanted to eliminate the use of baggies while still maintaining a compact storage solution that integrates seamlessly with the original components. Secondly, once the cards are sleeved, they no longer fit neatly back into the plastic tray. Here's how it functions: For players, printing five of these organizers ensures a snug fit within the birdhouse base, providing ample space for cubes and custom-printed birdhouses in addition to starting food. The L1 layer holds Automa cards. L2 stores objective cards and can serve as a table-top tray. L3 contains dice and round objective tiles and remains inside the box. Regarding the apparent print quality issues: I'm currently experimenting with a 0.8mm nozzle, still fine-tuning settings to achieve optimal results. The total print time for all boxes exceeded five hours.
