Wingspan Dice Box

This is my own design for the Dice box that was included in the original game. The dice box in the game was made out of cardboard and has become torn and worn out over the years so an upgrade was badly needed. I took the original design to heart and made this design to be very similar in look and function. This birdhouse dice box will fit together just like the original cardboard design! This completes my overhauling design for Wingspan. Here is the link to the full board game insert I created also for Wingspan. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4103651 Please note the following information: The panels are printed vertically because I wanted the wood texture to be a detailed as possible and to give the birdhouse dice box an authentic look inside and outside. It is very important to print these panels slowly and with a 0.12 setting. Supports are only needed for two files! I used regular supports for "New Wingspan back dice panel", and tree supports for "New Wingspan front dice panel" files. The actually dice box is a one print design. No need to put together. In Post production, I hand painted the birdhouse with various brown coloured washes to give it an authentic "wood" textured look and then clear coated all the pieces prior to gluing all the components together. I used resin glue to secure all the pieces together but super glue will work fine but will cloud any finishing spray you put onto the piece! If you enjoy this design please consider giving me a tip!
