After getting the latest Oceania expansion, we have been playing exlusively the Coop mode. The automa stuff ends up all over the place and I constantly reach for the eggs that I am giving to them on accident. This is meant to minimize the table area used to run the Automa as well as give compartments for things like eggs, food, nectar count. I did use around 12mm dice for the nectar counter. I haven't played with the hoard module, but I imagine you could store food with the eggs at the bottom, or leaving one of the card slots as dedicated for the food + reminder card for the hoard game mode.
