wings for nuts for 1 8th bolts
thingiverse
I created custom gripping devices called "wings" that can securely latch onto nuts, typically 1/8 inch bolts. Initially, these devices are snug enough to remain attached semi-permanently. By thoroughly cleaning the internal mechanisms, however, they become loose enough to serve as mini-torques for short-term use, thus making them ideal for on-the-go toolsets. Thus far, I have developed: 1. A standard wing-style design 2. A taller, narrower style that allows for better access when a nut is lodged in a confined space, while the wings might interfere Further designs are planned; feel free to share your ideas, and I'll be happy to bring them into production.
