I wanted to replace a faulty winged bolt to secure a cover in the load area of my vehicle. I sought something substantial and effortless to grasp. I aimed to use a prevalent component - specifically a 10mm bolt.\nPrint Settings\nRafts:\n None\nSupports:\n None\nResolution:\n Standard 0.20mm\nInfill:\n 40%\nNotes:\n I utilize ABS - a high-quality engineering plastic.\nI run 110C on the platform and 230C on the extruder.\nI use two shells.\nPost-Printing Assembly.\nEnsure the bolt length is sufficient to include the thickness of the disc, plus extending through the part you want to secure.\nMount the disc onto the bolt, flush against the head.\nApply tetra or adhesive to the head side of the disc and insert the bolt's head into the hex recess in the knob.\nSecure or hold until set - ensuring the bolt is at right angles to the disc from all perspectives (adjust the disc accordingly).
