Wing Nut Precision Adjustment Knob

I Created this design for my own printers to convert a small wingnut into a precise turning knob. Since making this little gadget, I've had fewer problems printing than before. It's not flawless, but it might work just as well for you as it does for me. Printing requires no supports; I printed it at 0.2mm layers with 100% fill. You could probably get away with 15%, though - just keep in mind that a little extra strength may be necessary.
