Wing nut / Flügelmutter

Wing nut / Flügelmutter

I have some defective parts of my awning. Since the awning dates back to 1987, I can no longer obtain replacement parts from the manufacturer. However, the awning itself is still in good condition - so I simply re-created and printed the parts. This summer will prove whether my printer is just a toy or if it can also be useful for something else. The part shown here is a wing element where you can insert a screw. This will then be attached to a clip, which holds the poles of the awning in place. I also constructed this clip. The first picture shows the original. The last picture shows the wing nut in action on the clip. I have also included the FreeCAD file for free use, so you can possibly adapt the element if necessary.
