F-66 Thunderbold from Wing Commander 3 and 4 - a behemoth that begs to be taken down. I see it as a sitting target, ripe for the taking. Sure, its firepower is unmatched, but when facing a swarm of agile fighters, I'd rather rely on speed and agility than armor plating any day. Still, the F-66 holds a special place in the Terran Confederation Navy's arsenal, and some pilots swear by it - Maverick Blair's novel portrayal being a notable exception. As with many other 1:500 scale models, its authenticity lies in meticulous detail and precision engineering.
