Wine bottle spacers

Wine bottle spacers

thingiverse

This is a set of connectible spacers that keep wine bottles at a certain distance apart. The provided STL accommodates bottle widths of 10cm, ideal for bubbly, but this can be easily changed via the bottle_spacing parameter in the SCAD source code. I created these because my pre-formed spacings in my wine fridge aren't the right size for non-Bordeaux bottles. Overhangs are at most 45 degrees, making them easy to print. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 15% Notes: I printed in ABS without cooling (to minimize warping). Infill doesn't have to be very high. Even at 15%, the parts were strong enough. Slight warping still occurred but didn't matter once bottles were loaded onto them. The parts hold together with friction. If you find they are too tight or loose, adjust the connector_cradle_tol parameter in the SCAD source code.
