Wine Bottle resealable stopper

I've made this bottle stopper in halves, primarily for added strength. The design includes parts as one piece too. I think it should work but printing with supports may be necessary for the handle. It prints well and functions properly when using the halves. A small 3mm filament is used as the axle to connect the handle to the plunger, roughly 12.5mm or a half inch long. There's an option for 1.75mm too. The stopper/bung part must be printed with 100% Ninjaflex infill. It creates a tight seal, which is watertight, but its effectiveness over time remains unknown. Two additional wider bungs are included; I tried the most compact version and it's quite tight, so another was added for less tension. However, when chilled in the fridge, the stopper does loosen up due to contraction from the cold. Caution Materials used might not be food safe, use at your own risk. Ninjaflex has no known toxins according to their website but ideally should not touch the wine anyway. Printer Settings Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa Mendel i2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 25% Notes: These settings were used for the plunger and handle, while the cap had 100% infill. The bung must be printed with 100% infill as I tried different settings and achieved the best results this way. Post-Printing Reassemble the plunger's halves after gluing, then re-drill the hole if needed. Place the stopper on the plunger and insert it into the cap. Cut a 12.5mm piece of filament or roughly a half inch. Clear out the handle grooves to fit this filament in once the parts are connected. Place this piece inside the plunger's axle. Attach the handle halves together, with care not to get glue near the axle hole. Ensure all pieces set before using as they can experience strain when the stopper is inserted or removed
