Wine barrel shaped puzzle crafted from 12 interlocking pieces, comparable to classic Burr puzzles. Instructions for assembly are as follows. To begin, print all twelve individual components - note that P6 will require additional support. Specifically, print one of each P1 and P2 pieces. Next, you'll need to produce two of the P3, P4, P5, P6, and P7 pieces. Once printed, take pleasure in assembling this intricate wine barrel shaped puzzle. If adjustments are necessary, rest assured that a Scad file is provided for easy modification. To fine-tune your printer's settings, adjust variable 'e' to a value equal to the layer thickness of your machine, thereby allowing for tolerances and free travel within the print bed - 0.1mm works effectively with my own printer. Notably, there are additional commented out sections in the code designed to generate a complete wine barrel as well as assemble all pieces directly into place with visualized spacing between each component. A corresponding STL file has been shared for reference; unfortunately, printing it in situ remains elusive due to pieces stubbornly refusing to shift even when adequately spaced.
