Windshield Wire Clip

I wanted to create something unique using a 3D printer for this project, so I mounted a wiper motor on a polished aluminium windshield frame as shown in the pictures. Mounting the wiper motor itself wasn't challenging, but connecting it to wires was quite tricky. Once I had installed the glass, I had to devise an efficient method of routing the wires from under the dash to the motor over the windshield frame. Here is my first version of this design - the project has been shared at http://www.instructables.com/id/A-Set-of-3D-Printed-Windshield-Wire-Clips/ Printer Settings Brand: Printrbot Printer: Simple Black Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Default Infill: Default Notes: Most of the settings remained unchanged, leaving them at default. The internal structure is lattice-based as it wasn't necessary to make a completely solid object since it wouldn't bear any weight. Post-Printing Routing wires through a clip on windshield mounted. Routing the wires simply requires aligning the eyelet with the wire slot and then slipping the wires into the eyelet from underneath. To route the wires vertically, mount the clip horizontally.
