<p>Hi 3D printing friends! &nbsp;This design is a Windscreen clamp/mount that utilizes two materials. &nbsp;</p><p>The inner mount that contacts the handrail, as well as the flat gasket, is TPU. &nbsp;The outer portion of the mount was PETG. &nbsp;</p><p>The handrail this was designed for had an oval profile, 1" x 0.75". &nbsp;To design for different handrails you would need to just change the TPU print design.&nbsp;</p><p>The outer PETG part of the mount was designed to accept ¼-20 screws and nuts. The nuts will inset into the print and leave a clean look that can be tightened with just turning the associated screw or bolt.</p><p>The TPU parts had the following settings:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>0.4 mm nozzle</li><li>0.2 layer height</li><li>4 perimeters</li><li>30% infill (honeycomb)</li><li>No supports (printed holes facing upward)</li><li>No raft or brim</li></ul><p>The PETG parts had the following settings:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>0.4 mm nozzle</li><li>0.2 layer height</li><li>5 perimeters</li><li>30% infill (gyroid)</li><li>No supports (printed on their sides, holes will be fine)</li><li>No raft or brim</li></ul>
