<ul><li>A Windpilot (TM) is a mechanical autopilot for sailboats. The toothed wheel (part #260) on my Windpilot Pacific Plus deteriorated after decades of UV exposure, so I designed a replacement. It would fit on the Windpilot Pacific as well. I printed mine with PETG. So far I do not have any long term data of how this would hold up, but the stresses on this part are not very big, it is used to adjust the wind angle. As it is advised by the manufacturer, you should never carry your Windpilot by holding the windvane arm (even with the original part fitted). </li></ul>
