Window trim clip for room darkening curtains
prusaprinters

Sunlight kept waking our boys prematurely because the room darkening curtains didn't hug the wall close enough, so I designed these clips to help.

This is a pretty small and practical thing, but it makes a big difference.

I've attached pictures of the product that I think best matches the trim I designed this for. (I've seen this listed as WM376 or WP376).
I will point out that even in our house, I've found different doors and windows have slightly different variants of this stuff. The differences as subtle, you'd never notice without calipers, but it's enough for a tight fit in one room but it may fall off in another, so expect some trail-n-error (print 1 first!). Thickness of the curtain will make a difference too.

STEP and Fusion 360 files are included to make any changes or tweak as you see fit. (I don't know about the rest of you, but I tend to avoid designs without a proper source file)

Print instructions

Print on the side to avoid the need for supports. I used PETG with 0.3mm layer height to print them strong, and quickly. There's no layer detail doesn't matter much so this should be fine.
