This part supports the trim that covers up the blinds mechanism. To get three - one for the left, center, and right sides - print them without supports, and lay them flat until they cool down completely. Avoid taking off the raft too soon or you risk warping the piece. However, if you're in a hurry, removing it from the bed can allow air to reach the underside, speeding up cooling, and sometimes enabling bending it back into shape for total cooldown.
